Oakstead Community Development District located in Land O’ Lakes, Florida was an asphalt pavement, milling, and resurfacing project recently completed by FAC. Beginning in February 2019, the project consisted of roughly 138,897 SY of resurfacing, and around 7,639 Tons of SP 9.5 asphalt. The community has 9 different neighborhoods and a central clubhouse, bringing the total to 10 different paving locations.
